Kruisin Krome is an annual 2-day event that takes place in Miami, Florida. Held at Miccosukee Resort and Gaming Center, the event brings value not only from revenue generated by registration fees, but also vendor sales and hotel/casino intake. In short, higher attendance means happy vendors and greater revenue and repeat business the following year. Their goal was to drive attendance by increasing awareness.

ZOO designed an integrated campaign that led to a 200% increase in attendance - even during an economic recession - and a corresponding increase in revenue both for the resort and participating vendors. Because we automated a manual process, the new streamlined operation also saved significant time and money.

A Results-Oriented Campaign…

ZOO developed a complete, branded multimedia campaign to increase awareness of the event, and designed a robust, 1 page website that allowed online registration and payment. With the infrastructure that was developed, the campaign elements can be updated for use each year. Campaign elements include the website, a newsletter, email blasts, direct mail, registration packet, onsite signage and a 30 second TV commercial that ran on local networks.

The fun, attention-grabbing TV spot incorporated the campaign’s graphics and was created in full HD. It drove qualified traffic to the site and WebpanL was set up to measure TV response rate so the client could have a quantitative measure of success.
